1. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by emailing [email protected].
To help us resolve the issue, include:

- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
We will review your request and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our sole discretion.
2. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it.
After this period, production or shipping may have started, and we can no longer accept cancellations.

- All custom-made items are non-refundable.
- Minor variations in color, grain, or texture are considered normal for natural materials and not defects.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our error.
