American Real Estate Project with our Calacatta Gold Quartz Countertop

Allow me to tell you about a project we recently completed for a well-known American real estate developer. After careful consideration, the developer chose our Calacatta Gold Quartz for the kitchen countertops because they wanted a sophisticated yet rugged material for their model home. The calacatta gold quartz’s gorgeous veining and soft gold accents perfectly matched their elegant style.

The veining of Calacatta Gold Quartz mimics the look of real Calacatta marble, harmoniously interweaving a creamy white background with striking gold and grey veins. Quartz with gold veining is a variation of white quartz that is ideal for those who want a white quartz kitchen countertop.

For this project, instead of using a quartz sink, they used a traditional stainless steel basin sink. We crafted every detail of the countertop. We expertly applied classic edge profiles such as egg shapes, fillets, and bevels, polishing the edges to a clean finish to enhance their visual appeal. We also meticulously drilled holes for fixtures and fittings, ensuring their precise placement to align with the sink and faucet. We cleverly combined key components’ splashbacks to create a continuous look and prevent water seepage, making cleaning easier.

The quartz slabs used in this project measure 120 inches by 55 inches (305 cm by 140 cm) and are 20 mm thick, which is a standard size. This project’s Calacatta white quartz tiles are custom-made. Our meticulous attention to processing details, the precise layout of CAD design dimensions, and our team’s meticulous attention to the model house and all projects have resulted in the final presentation of this project surpassing the real estate agent’s expectations. Additionally, we have taken on the responsibility of providing all quartz stone supplies for the project.

Why choose a quartz countertop?

So why is quartz the material of choice for kitchen countertops? There are some pretty strong arguments. Despite the term “engineered” or “man-made” associated with our quartz, we cannot dispute its status as the hardest and most abundant natural element. Ideal for the hectic activity of a busy kitchen, it is heat, stain, and scratch resistant, making it an ideal choice for a busy kitchen due to its hectic activity. Unlike natural stone, quartz is non-porous; therefore, it does not attract bacteria or require regular sealing. This makes it hygienic in food processing areas.
Quartz’s stability and variety of colours and patterns are another major advantage. Unlike natural stone, which exhibits significant differences, quartz surfaces precisely match your design vision through a consistent appearance. Whether you want to choose blue quartz, black quartz, yellow quartz, green quartz, pink quartz, gold quartz, grey quartz, beige quartz, etc. for your home decor, we can all support it. We understand that large-scale projects primarily depend on the stability and predictability of quartzite, whereas private homeowners prioritise the variety of quartz stone options.
In addition, quartz countertops require relatively little maintenance. To keep them flawless, simply wipe with mild soap and water. Quartz’s simple maintenance and durability are major reasons why many customers choose it.
From a financial perspective, man-made quartz is cheaper than natural quartzite. Due to its scarcity and labour-intensive quarrying and processing procedures, natural stone can be somewhat expensive and variable, but quartz is a more affordable option that does not sacrifice quality or appearance. The low cost of quartz, coupled with the material’s many advantages, makes it equally attractive to homeowners and builders.
