The highlight of this project is the Alan White Marble stone carved, which successfully demonstrates the potential of Alan White Marble and sublimates the beauty of this milky white stone. The carving stone wall adopts a 30mm-thick custom slab, which requires the consistency of the base colour and surface of the marble slab to be impeccable. Each beige slab is carefully selected to ensure that the base colour is uniform and the texture is tight, forming an overall harmony.
The processing of the Alan White marble stone carved involves several key steps. First, considering the hardness, texture, and colour of the stone, the customer selects Alan White Marble as the carving stone. We conduct quality control on the stone and slabs to ensure that they meet the customer’s quality standards. Any defects and customer requirements that cannot appear in carved tiles will be avoided at the processing stage. After selecting the Alan White marble block, we process it into a 30 mm-thick slab. Each slab must ensure a nearly consistent base colour, which is our quality assurance premise. Then, we design and make carving drawings according to customer needs. Of course, before making the overall stone for carving, we first make a small-scale prototype to test the design to achieve the best effect of the stone-carved design. After the above steps are completed, we enter the formal production and processing link.
Then, according to the customised stone size of our CAD drawing, it is cut into the appropriate carved stone size. Next comes the stone carving itself. How to carve a stone is not a difficult thing for us.This marble stone carving process requires a combination of the maturity of our engraving machine and craftsmen. Our CAD design draws the design digitally to ensure accuracy. Then, the basic outline of the pattern is carved on marble using advanced CNC stone carving machines. This stage requires extremely high precision because even the slightest mistake can destroy the overall harmony of the design.
Once the machine carved in stone process is complete, our experienced craftsmen use different stone carving tools to refine and detail the pattern by hand. This is where the true artistry of stonecraft comes into play. Our stone carvers use a variety of polishing techniques to bring the details to life, enhancing their shine and beauty. Every curve and line is carefully crafted; from the details of the large facets to the tips of the very small flowers, the amazing level of detail brings the stone design to life.
